Wharton Business Consulting created and embed a Conduct Risk Framework, integrated with the Culture Framework, for ICBC Standard Bank. Key activities included;
Design and execution of a Conduct Risk Assessment, involving over 60 stakeholders from across the Bank to define core conduct risks and agree both inherent and residual risk ratings
Design and implementation of a Conduct & Culture Governance model to enable monthly monitoring and reporting of risk exposure with quarterly escalation to the Executive team and Board
Design and delivery of a multi-channel training and communications programme across UK, Asia and US for over 1100 staff to inform and engage people on what conduct risk means in the context of their function and role by using scenario based learning
In addition to providing subject matter expertise to the definition of the Culture framework and initiatives.
