Analysing the organisational effectiveness of a Global Wholesale Bank

Wharton Business Consulting conducted an independent review on the organisational design effectiveness of a Global Wholesale Bank. Key organisational metrics, including spans of control and organisational layers, were produced and analysed to provide a view on the organisational shape of each function and any opportunities for operational or organisational efficiencies. Reports were produced and validated with each departmental head and HR business partner, before presenting bank-wide insights with priority recommendations to the CEO and Executive Team.
